Dr. John (Jack) J. Kannin D.D.S., practiced dentistry in the Niles area for 39 years, Ret. Naval Officer, formerly of Park Ridge, beloved husband of Mary Ann, nee Hyland, loving father of John (Josefin) Kannin, Dr. Thomas (Dr. Michele) Kannin and Margaret Mary (Patrick) McQuillan, cherished grandfather of John, Cassidy, Nicholas, Daniel Kannin and Mary and Patrick McQuillan, dear brother of Robert (Lorraine) Kaminski, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews including Angela, goddaughter of Mary Ann. Lying in state Thursday 10:00 am. until Mass 11:00 am. at St Mary Church, 794 Pearson St., Des Plaines, Interment Maryhill Cemetery.
