Dear Niles--- You CANNOT continue to treat your residents this way. You CANNOT do both.... Discontinue the Flood Prevention Dollars AND do NOTHING about the rampant flooding this town experiences EVERY time it rains!!!! Not only will people start leaving, no one will move here. Niles will experience an economic downturn like it has never seen before, and become another Detroit.
