Fun and Fitness Find a New Outlet in Niles!

 Tumble on over to a new place for fitness and fun in Niles! Viking Gymnastic Center is located at 7779 N. Caldwell. Charlie Friedman, who runs the gym, is an experienced gymnast herself who formerly ran a gymnastics program out of Niles North High School and is now very excited to offer this unique experience to children of all ages in her new location. 

The facility is pristine with all the equipment a gymnast needs to have fun or to pursue higher goals in the sport. It is bright and cheery and the staff at the desk are always friendly and effecient. Whether you are signing up for classes or purchasing leotards, there is smile to greet you. The coaching staff is hard working and all are well qualifed to guide the students. They are dedicated to fun and education.  

The gym recently had thier first official competition, drawing gyms from Schaumburg Sports Center, Kids in Action from Barrington( also a new facility for that area run by Cynthia Laulette), IK from Chicago and American Academy gymnastics from Wheeeling. Awards and goodie bags were given to all participating gymnasts. It was a very enjoyable event!
