Cadillac Driver Smashes BMW With Hammer

And in another incident, a daughter hit her mother after the mother accused her of staying out late and getting high. An arrest is merely an accusation and not evidence of a conviction.

Susan Genc, 25, of the 8900 block of Merrill was charged with domestic battery May 31 after police reponded just after 5:15 p.m. to a domestic incident. She told police her mother, 49, had accused her of being out all night and getting high, and Genc slapped her in the head, police said. The mother yelled at the daughter and swung a broom but did not strike her, according to the report. The daughter grabbed the broom and wrestled for control of it, then bit the mother in the arm, the report indicated.

The mother was thrown against a desk, police said, hitting her head and causing a small laceration, and at one point the daughter also pulled the mother's hair. Her brother arrived on the scene and separated the two. Police took her into custody and photographed both women's injuries.
