Driver Found Asleep In Intersection

Arrest information is supplied by the Niles Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Dartagnan Clark-Dennis, 20, of Evanston was charged with driving with a suspended driver's license on Tuesday at about 2:30 p.m. when police responded to a report of someone slumped over the wheel of a car.

They found Clark-Dennis asleep at the wheel of his 2000 Buick in the intersection of Caldwell Avenue and Oakton Street. Police said he was not under the influence of alcohol, but a check with the Secretary of State's office revealed his driver's license had been suspended.
