Man Charged For Brandishing Handgun During Fight In His Home

An arrest is merely an accusation, not evidence of a conviction.


The following information comes from Morton Grove police reports. 

ARRESTS

Kaczmarczyk, Andrezs, age 58, of Morton Grove was charged with retail theft after police said he took a laser tape and two packages of batteries from a store in the 6300 block of Oakton (Menards) without paying. Court date is scheduled for 12/10/13. 

Jajou, Susan, age 32, Des Plaines was stopped for traffic violations in the 9000 block of Waukegan Road on Nov. 1, police said, and charged with driving without a valid DL and having an outstanding warrant. Court date is scheduled for 11/21/13.

Flores, Erwan, age 23, Niles was stopped Nov. 3 at Dempster and Lincoln for traffic violations, police said, and was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and without a valid DL. Court date is scheduled for 12/02/13.

Santana, Raymundo, age 25, Prospect Heights was stopped for traffic violations in the 7200 block of Dempster Nov. 3, police said, and was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and to be in possession of 0.2 grams of suspect cocaine. Court date is scheduled for 11/18/13.

Johnson, Pinda H., age 46, Chicago was Nov. 3 in the 5700 block of Dempster, police said, and charged with driving with revoked registration.  Court date is scheduled for 11/25/13. 

Negrillo, Duane, age 33, Des Plaines, was stopped for traffic violations  Nov. 2 in the 8600 block of Waukegan Road, police said, and charged with driving with a suspended DL. Court date is scheduled for 11/21/13. 

Castro, Javier, age 33, Niles was stopped for traffic violations at Dempster and Austin Nov. 6 and charged with driving without a valid DL. Court date is scheduled for 12/09/13.

A subject was placed into custody for aggravated assault after allegedly brandishing a handgun during an argument while inside his home in the 7000 block of Palma, police said. The gun was not fired and no one was injured. Court date is scheduled for 11/25/13.

MISCELLANEOUS

In a Burglary case, unknown offender(s) took unlawful possession of a pack of gum and U.S. Currency from a vehicle inside a garage in the 8500 block of Mansfield.

In a Criminal Damage to Property case, Unknown offender(s) tossed a pumpkin through a window at a home in the 9400 block of Ozanam on Oct. 31.
