Man Charged For Prostituting Woman in Skokie, Glenview

Nabil Anas, 25, of Maine Township, has been charged with promoting prostitution by the Cook County Sheriff, after prostituting an 18-year-old Palos Park woman in Skokie, Glenview and Schiller Park, according to police.

Cook County Sheriff’s Police began investigating Anas on Sept. 23 after receiving information that he provided an 18-year-old Palos Park woman with cocaine in exchange for prostituting her to earn money for drugs and their motel rooms.

During the investigation, detectives learned that Anas provided a motel room for the victim to practice prostitution and that the victim gave him money she earned for performing sex acts. 

Anas and the victim initially communicated online and met in person for the first time on Aug. 8. The prostitution began days after they met, according to the investigation. 

Anas was taken into custody on Sept. 24. He was charged with one felony count of promoting prostitution on Sept. 26. Anas also has an arrest warrant from Louisiana for narcotics delivery. 

Sheriff Dart reminds the public that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty by the government in a court of law.
