The brick caused damage to the car, and the victim said the offenders ran away heading west. A Niles police officer arriving on the scene saw three young men running away and was able to stop the 17-year-old. They later found Allam in the 8700 block of Gregory Lane. The victim identified them as the offenders, and said she would sign complaints, but never arrived at the police station to do so.
