An arrest is merely an accusation and does not indicate a conviction.

Parrish Livington, 21, of Des Plaines was charged with retail theft Aug. 12 after a security agent for a retail store at Golf Mill Shopping Center said he took two pairs of pants and a shirt, valued at $79.97, and leave the store without paying. His court date is Aug. 24 in the Skokie branch of the Cook County courts.
