MoGro Blotter: Assault, DUI, Pipes Stolen

Andres Hernandez-Pedrosa, 39, of Chicago, was charged with theft April 11 after police said he took iron pipes from victim’s back yard, in the 9000 block of Luna, without permission. Court date is scheduled for 5/30/12.
Raul Vazquez, 56, was charged with DUI April 13 after police stopped him near Lehigh and Churchill for traffic violations, they said. Court date is scheduled for 5/8/12.

Salim Nestorios, 24, of Skokie, was charged with possession of cannabis April 17. During an investigation of a suspicious incident, the subject was observed to be in possession of a cannabis cigarette inside his vehicle, in the 5600 block of Dempster, police said.
Ramon Jeffrey Ice, 24, of Morton Grove was charged with assault after police said he chased a victim and verbally threatened to batter him on April 12. Court date is scheduled for 04/19.

Two bicycles were stolen from racks at the Morton Grove train station, 8501 Lehigh, on April 17.
