ARRESTS

Fuad Billeh, 43, of Des Plaines, was charged with public indecency Aug. 22 after police said a victim witnessed him playing with his genitalia in the 7900 block of Golf Road. Court date is scheduled for 09/20/12.

Reinaldo Chavez, 25, was stopped at Caldwell and Oakton for traffic violations, police said, and charged with driving under the influence. Court date is scheduled for 09/19/12.

Diego P. Uguna, 20, of Chicago was stopped Aug. 23 for traffic violations, police said, and found to be driving without a driver's license. Court date is scheduled for 10/12/12.

Young Kim was stopped for traffic violations Oct. 10, police said, and admitted to having cannabis in his vehicle, according to the report. Court date is scheduled for 10/10/12.

Quinton D. Shannon, 22, of Northfield was stopped Aug. 27 for traffic violations and charged with driving on a suspended driver's license. Court date is scheduled for 09/20/12.

Rigoberto Garcia, 36, of Chicago, was stopped for traffic violations Aug. 23 at 9001 Waukegan and charged with driving under the influence. Court date is scheduled for 10/10/12.

MISCELLANEOUS

In a Theft Over $300 case, an unknown offender took the victim’s mountain bike from the front yard of a home in the 7900 block of Lake without permission.

An unknown offender took a victim’s Schwinn bicycle from the Metra bike rack at the train station without permission on Aug. 22.

On Aug. 27 an unknown offender took the victim’s motor vehicle without permission from the 8200 block of Austin.
