ARRESTS
Peter Sokol, 44, of Bridgeview was charged with retail theft after police said he concealed two ratchets in his coat pocket at a store at 6301 Oakton on Sept. 14 and then walked past the last point of sales without paying for said items. Court date is scheduled for 10/24/12.

Yobani L. Martinez, 18, of Glenview, was stopped for traffic violations Sept. 14 at Central and Dempster, police said, and was charged with driving without a valid driver's license. Court date is scheduled for 10/24/12.
Rafael Mendoza, 47, of Evanston was stopped at Dempster and Lincoln Sept. 16 for traffic violations, police said, and charged with DUI. Court date is scheduled for 10/10/12.

Joanna Chmura, 23, of Niles, was stopped for traffic violations Sept. 16 in the 6700 block of Dempster, police said, and was charged with driving on a suspended DL. Court date is scheduled for 10/10/12.
Adolfo Rodriguez, 57, of Skokie was stopped for traffic violations Sept. 16 at Dempster and Waukegan, police said, and charged with DUI. Court date is scheduled for 10/24/12.
Mikhail Y. Drubinskiy, 61, of Skokie was charged with retail theft after police said he concealed 2 saw blades in his pants pocket and then walked past the last point of sales without paying for said items. Court date is scheduled for 10/24/12/. It occurred Sept. 17 at 6301 Oakton.
Robin Gadson, 48, of Skokie, was stopped for traffic violations Sept. 18 in the 9100 block of Waukegan Road, police said, and was charged with driving on a suspended DL. Court date is scheduled for 10/29/12.
MISCELLANEOUS
In a theft case, an unknown offender took the complainant’s snow blower and power washer from the storage area of a condo at 6330 Lincoln on Sept. 8.
In a deceptive practice/financial ID theft case, an unknown offender used the victim’s credit card number to make an unauthorized purchase on Sept. 9 in the 6800 block of Dempster.
In a residential burglary, an unknown offender took the complainant’s floor sander and nail gun from the garage in the 9200 block of Marion on Sept. 13.
In a theft of motor vehicle parts case, an unknown offender took the complainant’s spare tire from his semi trailer in the 6200 block of Monroe Court on Sept. 13.
In a residential burglary case, an unknown offender took the complainant’s tools from the garage in the 7000 block of Beckwith on Sept. 13.
In a theft from motor vehicle case, an unknown offender entered the complainant’s vehicle and took a cell phone and $10. It happened in the 9200 block of Belleforte Sept. 14.
In a residential burglary, an unknown offender took the complainant’s work tools from the house and garage Sept. 15 in the 7100 block of Palma.
In a residential burglary, an unknown offender took the complainant’s generator from his garage in the 7000 block of Palma Sept. 15.
