Victor E. Ramirez Jr., 28, of Chicago, was stopped June 22 for traffic violations, police said, and was charged with driving with a revoked license. Court date is scheduled for 07/17/13 at 1:30 PM

Mark E. Winn, 60, of Des Plaines, was stopped June 22 for traffic violations, police said, and was charged with driving under the influence. Court date is scheduled for 07/10/13 at 10:30 AM.

Cynthia Ayala, 47, of Morton Grove, was stopped June 22 for traffic violations, police said, and was charge with driving under the influence. Court date is scheduled for 07/10/13 at 10:30 AM.

Mark A. Donaghey, 52, of Chicago, was creating a disturbance in a business June 21, police said, and resisted being placed under arrest. He was charged with battery and resisting arrest. Court date is scheduled for 07/10/13 at 9:00 AM 

James Hall, 49, of Evanston, was seen rummaging through the victim's vehicle, according to the report He was charged with criminal trespass to vehicle, subsequent to an investigation. Court date is scheduled for 07/25/13 at 1:30 PM 

MISCELLANEOUS

In a case of vandalism, unknown offender(s) on June 25 wrote obscene phrases with a marker on Morton Grove Park District property in the 8600 block of Georgiana and 9200 block of Natchez.
