Morton Grove Crime: Assault, Eggs, Stolen Packages

A window was damaged by an egg. An arrest is merely an accusation and not evidence of a conviction.

ARRESTS

Ihar Dzikhstar, 43, of Skokie and Brad Christiansen, 45, of Roselle were charged with retail theft Dec. 1 at a store in the 5900 block of Dempster. Police said they concealed bottles of liquor in their pants and walked past the last point of sale without paying for the liquor. Court date is scheduled for 12/20/12

Nicolas D. Mansueto, 43, of Morton Grove was charged with assault Dec. 5 in the 9000 block of Birch. Police said he was arrested for threatening to physically harm his neighbors. Court date is scheduled for 01/03/13

 Ann Wynne, 40, of Chicago was charged with DUI Dec. 3. Police said they stopped her for traffic violations near Golf and Harms Roads. Court date is scheduled for 01/08/13

Romel Dela Cruz, 40, of Des Plaines, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and failing to give information after being involved in a property damage collision in the 7200 block of Dempster Oct. 31, police said. Court date is scheduled for 01/03/13

Jason M. McGee, 40, of Niles was stopped for traffic violations at Dempster and Waukegan on Dec. 5, police said, and charged with driving under the influence.  Court date is scheduled for 01/23/13

Alfred Virella, 48, of Chicago, was stopped for traffic violations Nov. 29, police said, and charged with driving with a suspended driver's license. Court date is scheduled for 01/03/13

Kyle T. Wiegel, 24, of Lake Zurich, and Anna L. Wiegel, 22, of Antioch, were charged with theft over $300 on Nov. 28 for using victim’s financial information to transfer funds into their account, police said. Court date is scheduled for 12/13/12

John Fusco, 42, of Skokie was charged with disorderly conduct Dec. 3 for actions which led the victim to become alarmed and disturbed. Court date is scheduled for 01/03/13 

MISCELLANEOUS

In a criminal damage to property case Nov. 29 in the 7100 block of Church, unknown offender(s) threw an egg at the victim’s window, damaging it.

In a disorderly conduct case Nov. 29, unknown offender(s) threw an egg at the victim’s vehicle in the 8800 block of Olcott. 

In a theft under $300 case, an unknown offender took a package from outside the victim’s residence Nov. 30 in the 8300 block of Callie.
