ARRESTS

Fadi Al Battootti, 18, of Mishawaka, Ind. was stopped for traffic violations June 6, police said, and charged with driving with a suspended license. Court date is scheduled for 07/24/13.

Giovanni Sumano, 25, of Niles was involved in a motor vehicle crash June 5, police said, and was charged with driving without a license. Court date is scheduled for 06/21/13.

Ashur Youkhans, 27, of Chicago was stopped for traffic violations June 5, police said, and charged with driving with a suspended license. Court date is scheduled for 07/24/13 at 9:00 AM.

Linda Gartner, 46, of Skokie was stopped for traffic violations June 2, police said, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Court date is scheduled for 07/10/13.

Bianca Fadhel, 20, of Chicago, intentionally broke the window on the front door of a residence on May 30, police said. She was charged with criminal damage to property. Court date is scheduled for 07/10/13 at 9:00 AM

Leroy Prothro, 24, of Chicago was a passenger on a traffic stop May 29 and was found to be in possession of cocaine, police said. Court date is scheduled for 06/05/13 at 1:30 PM

Joel Vichna, 29, of Niles was stopped for traffic violations May 29, police said, and charged with driving with a suspended license. Court date is scheduled for 06/21/13 at 1:30 PM

MISCELLANEOUS

In a criminal damage to property case May 28 in the 9200 block of Oriole, unknown offender(s) entered a construction site and defecated on a backhoe.

In a residential burglary case, unknown offender(s) entered a residence in the 9100 block of Central May 27 while the homeowner was away and removed electronics items.

 In a criminal damage to vehicle case May 27, unknown offender(s) broke out a window and keyed a parked vehicle. It occurred in the 5700 block of Dempster.
