Morton Grove Crime: DUI, Theft, Suspended Licenses

Michael Solavastru, 22, of Morton Grove was stopped for traffic violations April 5 at Dempster and Shermer, police said, and charged with driving without a driver’s license. Court date is scheduled for 05/03/13.

Robert Zeia, 38, of Glenview, was charged with battery April 5 after, according to police reports, he caused bodily injury to victim after a confrontation at Church and Belleforte. Court date is scheduled for 05/17/13.

Jonathon Nanze, 38, of Evanston, was stopped for traffic violations April 5 on Dempster, police said, and charged with driving without a driver’s license. Court date is scheduled for 05/17/13. 

Christina Cristal, 28, of Des Plaines was stopped for traffic violations April 6 at Dempster and Oleander, police said, and showed impairment on field sobriety tests. She was charged with DUI. Court date is scheduled for 5/22/13

Samuel Alvarez, 28, of Highland Park was stopped for traffic violations April 7 at Dempster and Harlem, police said, and charged with driving without a driver’s license. Court date is scheduled for 05/22/13.

Armando Cruz, 36, of Chicago was stopped April 7 for traffic violations at Dempster and Lockwood, police said, and charged with driving without a driver’s license. Court date is scheduled for 05/22/13.

Leslie Pineda-Lucio, 21, of Northfield, was stopped for traffic violations April 9 at Waukegan and Caldwell, police said, and charged with driving without a driver’s license. Court date is scheduled for 05/03/13.

Sung J. Kim, 42, of Mount Prospect, was stopped for traffic violations April 10 at Dempster and Georgiana, police said, showed impairment on field sobriety tests, and was charged with DUI. Court date is scheduled for 05/17/13.

In a theft case March 30 at 6821 Dempster, unknown offender(s) stole legal documents from a gym bag.

In a theft case April 4 in the 8200 block of Austin, unknown offender(s) stole money from an online account

In a theft case April 4 in the 6300 block of Dempster, unknown offender(s) stole a bottle of alcohol from the store.

 In a criminal trespass case April 5 in the 6400 block of Hoffman Terrace, unknown offender(s) attempted to force entry into a vehicle.

In a retail theft case April 7 at 6301 Oakton, Unknown offender(s) stole items from the business; the items were later recovered.
