Morton Grove Crime: Felony DUI, Stolen Mail, Theft

ARRESTS

 Marilyn R. Torres, 21, of Chicago was charged with retail theft March 6 after police said she took goods from a business without authority.Court date is scheduled for 04/19/13.

Mikaela Snyder, no age given, of Glenview was charged with retail theft March 9 after police said she took goods from a business without authority. Court date is scheduled for 04/17/13.

Uriel Ramirez, 31, of Niles was charged with retail theft March 9 after police said he took goods from a business without authority. Court date is scheduled for 04/17/13.

Thomas M. Holton, 61, of Morton Grove was charged with retail theft March 7 after police said he took goods from a business without authority.  

Aixa A. Rios, 22, of Chicago was charged with retail theft March 6 after police said he took goods from a business without authority.  

Lizethe Sasco, 21, of Morton Grove was charged March 8 with failing to appear in court. Court date is scheduled for 04/04/13  

Edgar Mendiola, 30, of Cicero was stopped for traffic violations March 7, police said, and charged with driving under the influence. Court date is scheduled for 04/16/13   

Batzorig Altangerel, 41, of Skokie was charged with felony DUI March 8 after police said he was driving under the influence. Court date was scheduled for 03/12/13.

Roxana Villalobos, 27, of Bellwood was charged with aggravated DUI March 7 after police said she was involved in a traffic crash in the 7700 block of Dempster and was found to be driving under the influence, according to the report. Court date is scheduled for 03/21/13.

Robert Ponarelli, 24, of Evanston was charged with driving with a suspended license after police said he was stopped for traffic violations March 8. Court date is scheduled for 04/16/13.

Santiago Roque, 41, of Rosemont was charged with driving with a suspended license March 7 after police said he was stopped for traffic violations. Court date is scheduled for 04/16/13.

Donta Anderson, 31, of Chicago was charged with driving with a suspended license March 8 after police said she was stopped for traffic violations. Court date is scheduled for 04/04/13 

MISCELLANEOUS

In a March 8 theft case in the 8300 block of Callie, unknown offender(s) stole the victim’s mail and removed the contents from the package that was delivered to her.
