Morton Grove Crime: Felony Theft, Cannabis, Stolen Purse, Underage Alcohol

ARRESTS

William C. Wesbury, 25, of Mount Prospect was stopped for moving violations Aug. 18 at Dempster and Belleforte, police said, failed field sobriety tests and was charged with DUI-Alcohol. Court Date: 09/30/13     

James Lane, 19, of Morton Grove was charged with possession of cannabis with intent to deliver of 14 grams of Cannabis on Aug. 15 at Mango and Madison. Court Date: 8/26/13 

Tiffani Barnett, 36, of Chicago was stopped for traffic violations Aug. 14 at Austin and Dempster, police said, and charged with driving without a driver’s license. Court Date: 09/30/13 

Nicholas Goodwin, 19, of Morton Grove was charged with delivery of cannabis after selling 3.6 grams of Cannabis to another person in the 5800 block of Dempster Aug. 17. Court Date: 09/30/13.

Rolando Nieves, 37, and Lizzette Flores, 31, both of Chicago, were charged with retail theft Aug. 17 in the 7200 block of Dempster for stealing a purse, police said. Court Date: 10/01/13.

Paul Juska, 20, of Park Ridge was charged with underage consumption of alcohol in the 8700 block of Ferris on Aug. 15. Court Date: 10/02/13.

Cheryl Seymore, 47; Kristen Robinson, 29, and Terrell Jones, 49, all of Chicago were charged with felony theft on Aug. 14 in the 6900 block of Dempster. Court Date: 09/03/13.

Christina Karpouzlis, 39, of Skokie was stopped for traffic violations Aug. 15 in the 7200 block of Dempster, police said, and charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license. Court Date: 08/29/13.

Jennifer Tizura, 31, of Chicago was stopped for traffic violations Aug. 18 at Dempster and Central and charged with not having a valid driver’s license. Court Date: 09/30/13.

Tammy L. Young, 51, of Park Ridge, was charged with retail theft Aug. 17 in the 6900 block of Dempster. Court Date: 10/03/13 

Netali Hernandez, 34, of Niles was charged with traffic violations Aug. 20 and charged with having a revoked driver’s license. Court Date: 10/01/13

Timothy Payne, 53, of Morton Grove was charged with felony disorderly conduct Aug. 14 after he called 911 to report he was barricaded in his house, in the 8500 block of Major, with a gun. He did not have a gun and was arrested for a false 911 call, police said. Court Date: 09/23/13. 

Erick Bautista-Hernandez, 27, of Niles was stopped for traffic violations Aug. 22 at Dempster and Ozark, police said, and charged with not having a valid driver’s license. Court Date: 09/30/13.

MISCELLANEOUS

In a theft case Aug. 13 in the 6300 block of Oakton, a subject did not return rented tools.

In a theft case Aug. 15 in the 6800 block of Dempster, an unknown offender(s) stole personal property from a locker.

In a string of burglary to motor vehicle offenses in the 8900 block of Oak Park, an unknown offender entered several unlocked vehicles and removed items. Six incidents took place on Aug. 16.
