Morton Grove Crime: Possession of Controlled Substance

ARRESTS

Leon Towns, 50, of Evanston, was stopped for traffic violations, according to police reports, and charged with driving without a driver’s license.  Court date is scheduled for 05/17/13.

Tuvshin Erdenebaatar, 36, of Rockton was stopped for traffic violations April 20 at Dempster and Lincoln, police said, showed impairment on field sobriety tests, and was charged with DUI. Court date is scheduled for 05/17/13.

Kelly McDonald, 30, of Chicago was stopped for traffic violations April 21 at Dempster and Harlem, police said, and charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. According to the report, she was in possession of approximately 125 Hydrocodone pills without a prescription. Court date is scheduled for 04/30/13.

Luis Torrejon-Rodriguez, 30, of Chicago was stopped for traffic violations April 22 at Dempster and Waukegan, police said, showed impairment onfield sobriety tests, and was charged with DUI. Court date is scheduled for 06/03/13

Brian Schuhrke, 36, of Morton Grove was stopped for traffic violations April 22 at Dempster and Oak Park, police said, and charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license. He showed impairment on field sobriety tests, and was charged with DUI. Court date is scheduled for 0510/13.

Timothy Spryszak, 27, of Skokie was stopped for traffic violations April 23 at Dempster and Parkside, police said, and charged with driving without a driver’s license. Court date is scheduled for 06/20/13.

MISCELLANEOUS

In a disorderly conduct case April 12 at 6309 Dempster, an offender urinated in public after being told to leave the business.

In a disorderly conduct case April 15 at 6763 Dempster, an unknown offender exposed himself to a victim.

In a theft case April 18 in the 9100 block of Marmora, unknown offender(s) burglarized a home.

In a theft case at 6834 Dempster on April 21, unknown offender(s) stole an electronic device from a victim.
