Morton Grove Crime: Robbery, Hit/Run, Battery

ARRESTS

Lizzethe Sasco, 21, of Morton Grove was charged with hit and run after leaving the scene of an accident Jan. 23 at Dempster and Oleander, police said. Court date is scheduled for 03/01/13.

Dillon VanAusdale, 20, of Joliet was charged Jan. 30 at Waukegan and Dempster for a failure to appear warrant out of Will County. Court date is unknown in Will County.

Hanan Kieferbaum, 58, of Morton Grove was charged with criminal trespass Jan. 31 in the 8300 block of Concord after violating "no trespassing" signs, police said. Court date is scheduled for 03/14/13.

On Jan. 31 at 6315 Dempster, Christian Sanchez, 22, of Skokie was charged with retail theft after police said he removed merchandise and proceeded past the last point of purchase without paying.Court date is scheduled for 03/15/13.

Elias Danaskos, 20, of Morton Grove was charged Jan. 31 in the 9300 block of Parkside with disorderly conduct and giving a false police report after he reported his car stolen when it was not actually stolen, police said. Court date is scheduled for 02/06/13.

Chusri Sae Wong, 60, wasa charged with retail theft Jan. 31 at 6301 Oakton after police said Wong removed merchandise and proceeded past the last point of purchase without paying. Court date is scheduled for 03/15/13.

Sarkis Azizian, 18, of Morton Grove was charged with theft Feb. 1 after police he stole a victim's purse in the 8300 block of Marmora.  Court date is scheduled for 03/01/13.

Adolfo S. Maroon, 63, of Chicago, was charged with hit and run after police said he left the scene of an accident. Court date is scheduled for 03/01/13.

Stanley Merentie, 48, of Des Plaines was charged with retail theft Feb. 2 at 6931 Dempster after police said he removed merchandise and proceeded past the last point of purchase without paying. Court date is scheduled for 03/15/13. 

James Rosequist, 28, of Niles, and Michael Vallone, 26, of Park Ridge, are charged with Theft of Service, Battery, And Obstructing after police said they ran from a cab without paying on Feb. 3 at Dempster and Harlem. Police said Rosequist ran from police after being ordered to stop. Court date is scheduled for 03/19/13.

Jimmy Dang, 23, of Chicago was stopped for traffic violations Feb. 3 at Gross Point and Lincoln, police said, and charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license. Court date is scheduled for 03/01/13.

Jason B. Logsdon, 41, of Evanston was charged with armed robbery Feb. 6 after police said he robbed employees of the Great Clips hair salon at 6761 Dempster. He was also charged with 10 other counts of Armed Robbery in other towns. Court date was scheduled for 02/06/13.

Oscar Miranda, 22, of Morton Grove was stopped for traffic violations Feb. 6 at Dempster and Sayre, police said, and charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license. Court date is scheduled for 03/14/13.

Muhammad Arshad, 32, of Morton Grove was stopped for traffic violations Feb. 6 a Dempster and Harlem, police said, and charged with possession of Cannabis. Court date is scheduled for 03/01/13.
