ARRESTS

Tracy Doss, 47, of Chicago, was charged with retail theft Oct. 24 after police said he concealed bottles of perfume in his pants pockets and walked past the last point of sale without paying for the perfume.    Court date is scheduled for 10/31/12

Matthew Kwaptsz, 25, of Streamwood, was stopped for traffic violations Oct. 27, police said, and charged with driving on a suspended driver's license and possession of drug paraphernalia. Court date is scheduled for 12/3/12 

Delgernyam Bayasgalan, 38, of Chicago was stopped for traffic violations Oct. 30, police said, and charged with driving under the influence.  Court date is scheduled for 11/29/12

Fernando Alanis-Hernandez, 41, of Chicago was stopped for traffic violations Oct. 31, police said, and charged with driving under the influence. Court date is scheduled for 11/29/12

Chris A. Martucci, 47, of Hawthorn Woods, was charged Oct. 29 with violating a court appointed order re: stalking. Court date is scheduled for 11/29/12.

Saul Lopez, 42, of Chicago was stopped for traffic violations Oct. 31, police said, and charged with driving with a suspended drivers license. Court date is scheduled for 11/29/12

Renaldo Tillmon, 33, of Evanston was stopped for traffic violations Oct. 27 at Dempter and Birch, police said, and charged with driving with a suspended DL. Court date is scheduled for 11/29/12

Michael H. Copeland, 19, of Romeoville was stopped for traffic violations in the 8700 block of Austin on Oct. 27, police said, and charged with driving with a suspended DL. Court date is scheduled for 12/18/12 

Rajali Nahhas, 26, of Morton Grove was stopped for traffic violations Oct. 29, police said, and charged with driving with a suspended DL. Court date is scheduled for 11/30/12   

December Manlangit, 33, of Chicago was stopped for traffic violations at Central and Lake Oct. 26, police said, and charged with driving with a suspended DL. Court date is scheduled for 11/30/12

Sarkis Jandoo, 21, of Morton Grove was stopped for traffic violations Oct. 27 in the 8600 block of Waukegan, police said, and charged with driving with a suspended drivers license. Court date is scheduled for 11/29/12

Apolinar Mondragon, 37, of Chicago was stopped Oct. 27 at Oakton and Nordica for traffic violations, police said, and charged with driving without being issued a license. Court date is scheduled for 12/18/12
