Morton Grove Crime: Woman Charged With Battery

An arrest is merely an accusation, not evidence of a conviction.

 

Note: The Morton Grove Police Department announced a “Click It or Ticket” Holiday Mobilization for Memorial Day weekend.  In conjunction with the Illinois Department of Transportation’s Division of Traffic Safety, it  will conduct safety belt saturation patrols throughout May.

Amanda Padilla, 19, of Chicago was charged with battery after police said she caused bodily harm to a victim after a confrontation. The incident occurred April 11 at Golf and Washington. Court date is scheduled for 05/17/13. 

Karen Conforti, 60, of Chicago, was charged with retail theft after police said she stole item(s) from a business at Dempster and Harlem on April 11. Court date is scheduled for 05/07/13

Logan Reiss, 24, of Hanover Park was stopped for traffic violations, police said, on April 12 at Dempster and Ozark. The report indicated he failed field sobriety tests, and was charged with DUI. Court date is scheduled for 05/22/13. 

Alexander Hwang, 39, of Morton Grove was charged with disorderly conduct April 12, at Dempster and Lincoln, after police said he acted in a matter that breeched the peace. Court date is scheduled for 5/22/13.

Khalid Mati, 22, of Norridge, was stopped for traffic violations April 14, police said, and charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license. Court date is scheduled for 05/03/13.

Joel T. Arce, 41, of Chicago was stopped for traffic violations April 17 at Dempster and Mango, police said, and was charged with driving without a driver’s license. Court date is scheduled for 05/22/13

In a crimininal trespass case April 7 at 604 Callie Court, unknown offender(s) attempted to force entry into a vehicle.

In a criminal trespass case April 7 in the 8400 block of Morton Ave., unknown offender(s) attempted to force entry into a vehicle

In a retail theft case April 9, unknown offender(s) stole a phone charger from a store at 7250 Dempster. 

In a retail theft case, unknown offender(s) stole merchandise from a store at 7250 Dempster on April 9. 

In a theft case, unknown offender(s) stole money from the victim electronically on April 12 at 7710 Dempster.
