Morton Grove Makes Arrests For Underage DUI

An arrest is merely an accusation, not evidence of a conviction.

Morton Grove police recently charged two people under the legal drinking age with Driving Under the Influence of alcohol.

Alexander Fraas, 18, of Skokie was charged with possession of cannabis, consumption of alcohol by a minor and discharge of fireworks on July 4. His court date is July 24 in the Skokie branch of the Cook County courts. 

Theodore Kunach, 20, of Morton Grove was stopped by police July 5 and charged with driving under the influence and fleeing from a hit and run traffic crash. His court date is July 29 in Skokie.
