Park Ridge Police have charged George I. Nenov, 58, of Morton Grove for placing "skimming" equipment on bank ATM machines to gain the account information of patrons.
Nenov has been charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of possession of a document making device.
Police said Nenov was responsible for placing skimming equipment on ATM machines in the 100 block of Euclid Avenue, Park Ridge, on June 21 and June 23.
