Morton Grove Police Blotter: Loads of DUI Arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by the Morton Grove police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

DUI: Veronica L. Reyes, 31, of Chicago was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 3 after being stopped at Dempster Street and Waukegan Road for traffic violations, police said.

Retail Theft: Keith Richardson, 48, of Chicago was issued a local ordinance ticket for retail theft Feb. 3 after he was seen on camera at Menards, 6301 Oakton St., placing drill bits under the child seat in a shopping car and leaving the store without paying for them, police said.

Possession: Lidiya Farber, 21, of Skokie was issued a local ordinance ticket Feb. 1 for possession of paraphernalia used in smoking cannabis, police said. The arrest took place in the 6800 block of Dempster Street.

Possession: Mauricio Rubio, 31, of Chicago was charged with possession of cannabis Feb. 4 after a traffic stop in the 6100 block of Dempster Street, police said. 

DUI: Roderic Sanders, 29, of Grosse Point, MI was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 4 after a traffic stop at Dempster Street and Harlem Avenue, police said.

DUI: Jin Y. Kim, 27, of Chicago was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 5 after being stopped at Dempster Street and Ozark Avenue, police said.

Traffic Arrest: Jason Chalil, 29, of Lincolnwood was charged Feb. 5 with reckless speeding after he was stopped for driving 30 MPH over the posted speed limit in the 6100 block of Dempster Street. 

DUI: Aleksandar Todosijevic, 31, of Chicago was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 6 after he was stopped for traffic violations in the area of Dempster Street and Ozark Avenue, police said. 

Traffic Arrest: Mariela Velazquez-Bahena, 20, of Chicago was charged with driving without a valid license Feb. 7 after she was stopped for traffic violations at Dempster Street and Ozark Avenue, police said.

DUI: Suk K. Chang, 52, of Morton Grove was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 8 after being stopped in the 9300 block of Waukegan Road for traffic violations, police said.
