One Killed In Crash Near Park Ridge

An accident on I-90 at Cumberland, at Park Ridge, shut down the outbound lanes of the Kennedy Expressway Monday morning.

One person was killed in a collision between a semi-trailer and two passenger vehicles near Park Ridge Monday morning, according to nbcchicago.com.

The accident happened on northbound I-90, the Kennedy Expressway, at the Cumberland exit on the Park Ridge-Chicago border.

The outbound lanes of the expressway were shut down for hours after the crash, which happened sometime around 6:30 a.m., WGN TV news reported.
