Other Woman's Clothing Prompts Domestic Dispute

In other cases, a man was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license, and infant formula was taken. An arrest is merely an accusation and not evidence of a conviction.

In a domestic dispute case, a 47-year-old Niles woman was celebrating her birthday with her on-again, off-again boyfriend on Feb. 9, and told police she found women's clothing that was not hers. She told her boyfriend to take his personal items out of her house. The boyfriend later told police that during the time they had broken up, he had another girlfriend and he had forgotten about the clothing she had left, police said. According to the report, the victim said he grabbed her wrist and choked her; police said they did not see physical marks. Police issued a domestic violence form.
