Police Blotter: Brass Knucks, Vehicle Damage and DUI
The police department has provided the following reports. Charges do not indicate a conviction.
"Readers are reminded that an arrest by the police does not constitute a finding of guilt, and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty," according to a statement from police Cmdr. Michael Fujara. All information comes directly from police reports.

Property Damage – Krasimir N. Vodenicharov, 47, of Chicago, allegedly damaged a vehicle at 5425 Monroe Avenue on two separate occasions. He was given a court date of Sept. 30.

Suspended License - Police arrested Carlos D. Mejias, 22, of Addison, after he was stopped for traffic violations and found to be driving on a suspended driver’s license. He was given a court date of Sept. 26.

DUI Alcohol / Possession of Cannabis - Christopher P. Fernandez, 22, of Niles, was stopped for traffic violations and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and for possession of cannabis. He was given a court date of Sept. 28.
Sept. 3
Suspended License - Krik L. Eseo, 34, of Glendale Heights, was stopped for traffic violations and found to be driving on a suspended driver’s license. The suspect was given a court date of Oct. 19.
Sept. 4
DUI Alcohol - Police arrested Sergio Hernandez-Pozos, 42, of Morton Grove, after he was stopped for traffic violations and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was given a court date of Sept. 28.
Sept. 5
Unlawful Possession of a Weapon - Alfredo Carrizales, 22, of Chicago, was found to be in possession of brass knuckles. He was given a court date of Sept. 28.

Suspended License - Gustavo Quenomes, 24, of Skokie, was found to be driving with a suspended driver’s license. He was given a court date of Oct. 21.

Suspended License - Joseph S. Yousif Jr., 24, of Chicago, was found to be driving with a suspended driver’s license. He was given a court date of Oct. 21.
Sept. 7
No Valid License - Oyunbold Enkhtur, 22, of Chicago, was found to be driving without a driver’s license. The suspect was given a court date of Sept. 28.
Sept. 8
No Valid License - Javier Zuniga-Matias, 27, of Chicago, was found to be driving without a valid driver’s license. He was given a court date of Oct. 4.
