Police Blotter: DUI, Suspended License

The following arrest information was supplied by the Morton Grove police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Dec. 10 
Driving while license suspended - Jonathan Perez, 20, of Chicago, was stopped near Dempster and Birch for traffic violations and charged with driving on a suspended license. His court date is scheduled for Jan. 12, according to the .

Dec. 11 
Driving while license suspended - Brian Mitchell, 51, of Morton Grove, was stopped near Dempster and Waukegan for traffic violations and charged with driving on a suspended license. His court date is scheduled for Dec. 28.

Dec. 11 
Driving Under the Influence - Arturo Alvarado-Mejia, 29, of Chicago, was stopped near Dempster and Mansfield for traffic violations and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Court date is scheduled for Dec. 22.

Dec. 11
Driving with no valid license - Javier Rodriquez, 35, of Chicago, was stopped for traffic violations near Dempster and Parkside and charged with driving with no valid license. His court date is scheduled for Jan. 18. 

Dec. 12 
Driving while license suspended - Joseph H. Portanoua, 24, of Morton Grove, was stopped near Austin and Capulina for traffic violations and charged with driving on a suspended license. His court date is scheduled for Jan. 12.

Dec. 12 
Driving with no valid license - Maria Zepeda, 35, of Des Plaines, was stopped near Beckwith and Sayre for traffic violations and charged with driving with no valid license. Her court date is scheduled for Feb. 18.

Driving while license suspended - Matthew Fornalewski, 20, of Skokie, was stopped near Dempster and Central for traffic violations and charged with driving on a suspended license. His court date is scheduled for Jan. 12. 

Dec. 13 
Driving while license suspended - Rigoberto Martinez-Gonzalez, 34, of Chicago, was stopped for traffic violations and charged with driving on a suspended license. His court date is scheduled for Feb. 10.
