Police Blotter: Forgery, Possession, Theft

No Valid Driver's License -
Eduardo Diaz, 42, of Park City, was stopped for traffic violations and charged with driving with no valid driver's license. His court date is scheduled for March 15, according to the .

Erick Velazquez, 19, of Des Plaines, was stopped for traffic violations and charged with driving with no valid driver's license. His court date is scheduled for March 29.

Feb. 17
Suspended Driver's License -
Jessica Contreras, 19, of Skokie, was stopped for traffic violations and charged with driving on a suspended driver's license. Her court date is scheduled for March 29.

Feb. 19
DUI -
Bok Nam Lee, 46, of Chicago, was stopped for traffic violations and charged with DUI. Court date is scheduled for March 29.

DUI -
Allison McDonald, 57, of Des Plaines, was stopped for traffic violations and charged with DUI. Court date is scheduled for March 29.

Feb. 17
Theft -
Amir Nahhas, 20, of Morton Grove, was charged with purchasing items with a counterfeit one hundred dollar bill on the 7000 block of Church. Court date is scheduled for March 15.

Feb. 18
Possession of Hypodermic Syringe/Possession of Controlled Substance -
Rodney Foster, 50, of Skokie, was involved in a car accident on the 6900 block of Dempster and charged with possession of a hypodermic syringe and a subsequent search revealed a controlled substance in the vehicle. Court date is scheduled for March 12.

Feb. 17
Possession of Cannabis -
Rimbus Shrestha, 20, of Chicago, was stopped for traffic violations on the 6000 block of Dempster and charged with possession of cannabis after a subsequent search of the subject. Court date is scheduled for March 29.

Battery -
John Balmadrio, 26, of Chicago, was charged with grabbing and pushing the victim during an argument on the 6300 block of Oakton. Court date is scheduled for March 19.
