Police Blotter: Plastic swans stolen from garden, purse taken from locker

The police department has provided the following reports.

Theft

A purse was stolen from a locker July 28 at Bally Total Fitness, 6821 Dempster St.

Two decorative plastic swans were stolen Aug. 1 from a garden in the 5900 block of Church Street.

Deceptive Practices

A resident of 5710 Church Street reported Aug. 3 that someone else used their information to fill out tax forms.
