Police Blotter: Possession, Battery

The following arrest information was supplied by the Morton Grove police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Nov. 15 
No Driver's License - Susana Laraz, 43, of Chicago, was stopped for traffic violations and charged with driving without a valid driver’s license. Her court date is scheduled for Dec. 28.

Nov. 11 
No Driver's License - Jessica Wchsowicz, 27, of Chicago, was stopped for traffic violations near Dempster Street and Menard Avenue and charged with driving without a valid driver’s license. Her court date is scheduled for Dec. 8.

Nov. 16 
Suspended Driver's License - Kenneth H. Jackson, 21, of Chicago, was stopped for traffic violations and charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license. His court date is scheduled for Dec. 8. 

Nov. 7 
Possession of Cannabis & Drug Paraphernalia - During a premise check of a location a suspicious vehicle was observed parked in a parking lot on the 8600 block of Ferris Avenue. During a conversation with the vehicle’s driver an odor of cannabis was noticed leading to a search of the vehicle’s occupants: Omar Tamayo, 19, of Skokie, and Monica Delafuente, 18, of Skokie, who were charged with possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia. Their court dates are scheduled for Dec. 8. 

Nov. 10 
Battery - Jyh H. Wu, 33, of Morton Grove, allegedly struck the victim without provocation while walking past him.
