Failed Car Theft - During a failed attempt to steal a vehicle at 5722 Lyons St., unknown offender(s) smashed the rear passenger window and then peeled the steering column back.

At Least it Wasn’t an R.V. - Two offenders slept in a tent in the victim’s back yard located at 5701 Warren Ct. The victim did not want to sign complaints.
