Police Blotter: Trespassing, Theft

The following arrest information was supplied by the Morton Grove police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Feb. 1
Possession of Burglary Tools/Theft/Criminal Damage to Property - Dionysis Mouzkis, 24, of Park Ridge, was stopped by Park Ridge Police for a traffic violation and charged with being in possession of items stolen from a vehicle that was parked in Morton Grove. The subject was also in possession of burglary tools. Court date is scheduled for Feb. 24.

Jan. 31 
Criminal Trespass - On an earlier date Leon A. Faber, 24, of Niles, was warned that he was not allowed at a business located on the 8500 block of Waukegan, but came to business anyway. His court date is scheduled for March 15.

Jan. 30
Retail Theft - Joe G. Pacheco, 41, of Niles, was charged with taking screws and hooks, which were offered for sale and exited the store located on the 6300 block of Oakton without paying for the items. Subject was transported to and issued a local citation. His court date is scheduled for Feb. 27. 

Jan. 27 
Retail Theft - Yuliya Legkostup, 37, of Mundelein, was charged with taking purses, underwear and a body cream from the 7200 block of Dempster which were offered for sale and exited the store without paying for the items. Court date is scheduled for Feb. 24.
