SUV Crashes Into CVS Pharmacy on Dempster
An SUV crashed into a CVS Pharmacy near the intersection of Dempster Street and McCormick Boulevard in Skokie around 8:30 p.m. Friday.
A two car crash resulted into an SUV plowing through the side of CVS Pharmacy, 3434 Dempster St., Skokie, on Friday around 8:30 p.m. The SUV was heading westbound on Dempster Street when contact was made with another vehicle.
There were no serious injuries and the accident involved two vehicles, a fire official on scene said.

At this time, it is unclear how the accident occurred or if drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash. The CVS will remain closed until the structural damage is repaired. It's likely the store will remain closed at least through Saturday.
