Woman Intrudes In Home, Screams About Divorce

A 16-year-old in the home did not know who she was and called police, according to the report. An arrest is merely an accusation and not evidence of a conviction.

In a domestic dispute on Oct. 6, police said a 44-year-old Niles man who lives in the 7900 block of Oconto reported that his second wife pushed her way into his home at about 12:45 p.m. and began screaming inside the house, police said. The man's 16-year-old son, who said he did not know her, called 911 after speaking to his father on the telephone. According to police, the second wife said she came to speak to her mother-in-law regarding her relationship because she did not want a divorce. The woman was asked to leave, and police issued domestic violence forms to all parties.
