Woman Threatened On Facebook

She got heated messages from her boyfriend's sister.

A 37-year-old woman reported to Niles Police Friday that the sister of her live-in boyfriend has sent her threatening messages on Facebook. The woman, who lives on Milwaukee Avenue, Niles, said she and the sister never got along well, but the situation has deteriorated because she is asking her boyfriend to move out of her apartment.

The sister's friend posted a message stating, "You know I will break a b****, I mean warden face with one punch!" Warden is a name the sister and her friend have used to describe the 37-year-old victim.  The sister responded to that and a similar message with "I just might want you to break the b**** in two because I know you ain't got no problems with doing it. I was wanting to slap her...silly for a long time."

The victim told police that when the boyfriend eventually leaves, it will be the sister who comes to pick him up, and she is afraid of an escalating situation. Police advised she should call them when the sister arrives to pick him up and they will stand by. The victim also agreed to stop all communication with the sister and her friend.
