Judge Rules Against Term Limits for Niles

The signatures of 1,018 voters have gone for naught, as the term limits question will not appear on the November ballot. Patch will report more details tomorrow.


Cook County Judge Edmund Ponce de Leon has ruled against a Niles citizens' group which gathered 1,018 signatures on a petition to put a question on the ballot asking for term limits for Niles elected officials.
