Niles Trustees Will Discuss Payouts, Ethics, Businesses
The board is scheduled to meet tonight, and a 6 p.m. meeting on a hot-button issue will precede the 8 p.m. regular monthly meeting.
Highlights of the Niles village board meeting tonight include:
- A 6 p.m. pre-meeting in which trustees will discuss in the village's granting of to employees without getting legal authorizations from the board.
- Proposed new businesses, including a restaurant, a day care and a cosmetic tattooing salon.
- Combining police dispatch services with Glenview.
- Beautification and street-improvement measures.
