Niles Will Hold Special Board Meeting Tuesday
Sewer fees, a call to the ethics hotline are on the agenda.
The Village of Niles board typically holds only one meeting per month but has scheduled a special session Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. The agenda includes:
- Discussing litigation related to the Open Meetings Act in executive session (closed to the public)
- Discussion regarding a complaint to the Ethics Hotline in executive session (closed to the public)
- Discussion and ordinance regarding sewer fee reimbursement.
