Are These Reparations A Good Idea?

Although most White Americans today are not personally responsible for the enslavement of black people a few hundred years ago, never the less they may be assessed reparation costs. If that's the plan then I suggest working out a formula wherein Black Americans pay reparations for black on white crimes.
The time factor involved in the reparation for slavery is several hundred years ago. The time period regarding reparations for black on white crimes is more recent, i.e., 20th and 21st. Centuries.
Some black people pay for their crimes by going to jail but following the logic associated with Reparations For Slavery law abiding blacks must pay reparations for the crimes of their brothers and sisters.
By now you should realize how ridiculous these proposals for reparations are, most people might even consider these concepts  as fraud and the sponsors morons. We pay for food stamps and welfare that's more than enough pocket  picking, don't you think?
