It's A Slow Leak.

As I mentioned in a previous blog Same Sex Marriage started me thinking about the future especially the perpetuation of the American population. There has been considerable research done to try and determine what percentage of our society is
Gay. Most of  the studies done on the demographics of sexual orientation involve self report data, i.e., survey's. The results of these studies are all over the place
for example, an old Kinsey Study stated that  10% of men engaged in homosexual activities. (1938).
A 2011, UCLA Study suggests that almost 4% of the American adult population is gay.
A 2002 Gallup Study stated that 21% of men are gay and 22% of women are
lesbians.
In 2000, the US Census Bureau indicated that approximately 4.5% of the American population is gay.
In considering the US Census Bureau's results it would appear that over ten million people would not be contributing to America's population growth, unless
lesbian's would get artificially inseminated.
Add to this that tens of thousands of babies are aborted annually and we seem to have a slow leak.
