Enjoy the freshest produce you've harvested from your own garden or purchased from the Farmer's market. Corporate chef Fran Salemi will show you how to make nutritious and delicious dishes using vegetables fresh from the garden: caprese (roasted tomato and mozzarella soup with basil; kale, sausage, and cannellini bean entree; zuke and red pepper torte). Fran will serve taste samples and distribute recipes to take home. Limit 50; registration is required.
