Laura Frankel is the Executive Chef for the Spertus Museum and Wolfgang Puck Kosher Catering. Ms. Frankel is also the author of Jewish Cooking for All Seasns and Jewish Slow Cooker Recipes and is the former chef and founder of Shallots Bistro in Skokie.
