Understanding Estate Planning and Living Trusts

Park Ridge attorney Teresa Nuccio will host an informational seminar entitled “Understanding Estate Planning and Living Trusts”. This seminar is intended for everyone.  Many Americans have the misperception that estate planning is simply preparing for one’s death and is only necessary for the wealthy. To the contrary, estate planning is for everyone. This seminar covers a wide range of issues, including what everyone should know about living trusts versus wills.  Find out how you can maintain control and privacy of your affairs and avoid court intervention.

The program will be held at the Park Ridge Senior Center ($6 fee) in the Multi-Purpose Room at 100 South Western Avenue, Park Ridge, Illinois on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm.  The host, Teresa Nuccio, has dedicated her career to estate planning and trust administration services.  She listens to her clients’ hopes, fears, goals and dreams and turns them into sound legal plans.   In addition, Teresa was recently named a Five Star Wealth Manager for the second year in a row in Chicago Magazine.   For information on registration call Mary Ann at 847-823-9576.
