Find out how much Jim DiJohn, who was charged with stealing electronics, earned in salary, and whether he will collect a pension.

On Monday, Sept. 9, Jim DiJohn resigned his position as Director of Security at Niles North High School in District 219. Skokie police charged him with stealing electronics and said he had offered some for sale on the Internet.

In information obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request, Niles North said DiJohn was earning $105,017 in salary.

Ray Chung of District 219 said the district does not know whether DiJohn will receive a pension. "We do not determine his eligibility...," he wrote in an email.  "The Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) will make the ultimate decision on his pension."
