Niles West Students React To 'Healthy' Vending Machine

This vending machines have organic snacks--and prices to match. See how students reacted.

 

Niles West High School is testing the theory that hungry students will eat just about anything.

The school has a new vending machine supplier, Lean Green Healthy Eating, reports the Niles West News, and the machines now feature snacks like corn chips, granola bars and tea. Products must be below certain fat and sodium levels, and 95 percent are organic.
