Graziano's Is Remodeling; Adding New Menu, Craft Beer Bar

The restaurant has a 20% off Thanksgiving special for Patch readers. It's getting a new natural stone and copper metallic facade.

As Graziano's Restaurant prepares to enter its third decade in Niles, it's getting a new look: a natural stone and copper metallic facade, which is under construction.

The restaurant, at 5960 W. Touhy, Niles, is also offering Patch.com readers a 20 percent off coupon for a dine-in Thanksgiving dinner featuring all-natural, locally raised turkey with all the trimmings (see accompanying graphic).

The new facade should be completed by mid-December, but one more thing will remain to be added: custom metal roof screens being fabricated in California.

Owners Steve DeMet and Paul Cipolla will also refresh the interior of the restaurant, which features bold colors and stylish posters, as well as the menu.

"After the holidays, we plan on upgrading the bar, featuring an expanded selection of craft beers," DeMet said.

"We're updating our menu, offering half-size portions of many of our most popular entrees and pasta dishes. We'll also be featuring an expanded selection of Gluten Free, Vegan and Low Carb options."

The new menu should be ready by about Dec. 10.
