Party in the Park/Ice Cream Social

Join representatives of the Morton Grove Park District for some fun in the sun! Avon, Inc is sponsoring this Free Party in the Park which will run from 6pm – 7:30pm. The Summer Olympics are in London July 27-August 12 but we will be getting ready with Morton Grove’s Wacky Olympics. Staff will lead sports and games you will see in the Olympics but with a fun twist. Also on hand will be Maine-Niles Association for Special Recreation (M-NASR) Para Olympic Bocci Ball team to demonstrate their sport and provide opportunity to try your hand at an adapted sport.

This event will also run in conjunction with our summer Ice Cream Social sponsored by MB Financial Bank. Free ice cream will be available from 6pm – 7pm.
