 Have you been meaning to kick the habit for a while now, but don’t know where or how to get started? Maybe you haven’t quite found the motivation or you feel overwhelmed. There is no better time than the present to look into finally quitting smoking. Whether it’s for health or personal reasons, you will be making a change for the better.
According to the CDC, tobacco use is the leading preventable cause of death in the United States and cigarette smoking causes about 1 of every 5 deaths in the United States each year. Have you thought about personal reasons to quit? Many people who quit smoking are surprised by how good they feel, and how much more energy they have when they walk, play with their kids, or do something active. (www.smokefree.gov)

Do you find it challenging to stay motivated when trying to make changes to your health (such as quitting smoking)?
